Chia Seed Pudding with Berries

 

              Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
    • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries) for topping
  • Instructions:
    1. In a jar, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
    2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
    3. In the morning, top with fresh berries for a delicious, fiber-rich breakfast or snack.
