Relaxing Lavender Bath Salts

 

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup Epsom salts
    • 1/4 cup baking soda
    • 10 drops lavender essential oil
    • Dried lavender (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, mix the Epsom salts and baking soda.
    2. Add lavender essential oil and dried lavender, stirring well.
    3. Store in a jar and use 1/4 cup per bath for a soothing soak.
